Bonetta Ambassador Program terms

1. About these terms

These terms are between you and Serona Inc. DBA Bonetta ("Bonetta", "we", "us"), 61 Metropolitan Avenue, 5B, Brooklyn, NY 11249. They cover the Bonetta Ambassador Program (the "Program") and every campaign we run through it. You agree to them when you join the Program, or when you stay in it after we send them to you. The details of each campaign, such as your discount, your reward and when you're paid, are shown in your Superfiliate portal and form part of these terms. Our website terms and privacy policy at bonetta.com also apply. If we agree something different with you in writing, that agreement wins.

2. Who can join

  • You must be 18 or older and live in the United States.
  • You apply through our Ambassador page and connect your Instagram account. We review every application and decide who joins.
  • One account per person. You can't join under someone else's name.

3. Free product

  • We may send you Bonetta to try. Gifts are our choice and aren't guaranteed. You don't have to post to keep anything we send.
  • From time to time we may offer extra rewards, like free product after a number of sales. These are our choice, and only go to Ambassadors who have followed these terms.
  • Free product is for you to enjoy. It has no cash value and can't be resold.

4. Your code and link

  • When a campaign is live, you get your own discount code, your own link, or both.
  • Your code or link gives your audience the discount shown in your portal. Each customer can use it once.
  • We can change or turn off your code or link at any time.
  • Please don't:
    • use your own code or link to buy for yourself, or get friends or family to buy just so you earn
    • post your code or link on coupon, deal or cashback sites
    • bid on "Bonetta" or similar words in Google, Bing or any other search ads
    • run paid ads with your code or link unless we've agreed it with you in writing
    • send your code or link in spam, mass messages or to people who haven't asked
    • use "Bonetta" in your name, handle, website or ad account, or make content that looks like it comes from Bonetta
    • offer your own discounts, or make promises on our behalf

5. What you earn

  • You earn the reward shown in your portal for each order that qualifies. Your portal shows which orders qualify.
  • A sale counts if the customer uses your code, or clicks your link and buys within the time shown in your portal.
  • Our records in Superfiliate decide which sales count. If a customer clicks more than one Ambassador's link, the last one they clicked counts.
  • Every reward is held before it clears. That's because new customers get 30 days to try Bonetta and ask for their money back. If an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back before it clears, it doesn't earn.
  • If we find a sale was fraudulent or broke these terms, we can cancel the reward, even after it has cleared.

6. Getting paid

  • Cleared rewards are paid in US dollars through Superfiliate, on the schedule shown in your portal.
  • If we cancel a reward we've already paid, we can take it off your future payments.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask you for a W-9, and we will send you a 1099 when the law requires it. We can hold payments until we have the tax details we need.

7. Saying you're an Ambassador

The law (the FTC's rules on endorsements) says your audience must know when you have a connection to a brand, like free product or earning from sales. Every time you post about Bonetta, make that clear.

  • Say it in plain words. You can add the Paid partnership label too, but it may not be enough on its own.
  • Put it where people can't miss it: in a caption, before the "more" cut. In a video, in the video itself, and out loud if you talk about Bonetta.
  • Good: "#ad", "Ad", "Sponsored", or "Bonetta sent me this and I earn from my code or link".
  • Not enough: "#sp", "#collab", "#ambassador" or "thanks Bonetta".
  • Do it on every post and story about Bonetta.
  • We may check your posts and ask you to fix or take one down.

8. What you can say

  • Only share your honest opinion and your own experience.
  • Don't say Bonetta treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition.
  • Never talk about weight loss.
  • Don't suggest Bonetta for children, as medical advice, or as a replacement for any medicine.
  • Don't say anything false or unfair about other brands.
  • If you talk about a benefit like strength or energy, add this line: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
  • Check facts against the Ambassador guide we send you, and ask us if you're not sure.

9. Your content

  • You own what you make.
  • Reposting. You let us reshare your Bonetta posts on Bonetta's own social channels, website and emails, always with credit to you.
  • Ads. We only run your content as a paid ad, or from your account, with your written OK for that post. We'll agree how long it runs. We don't usually pay extra for this. If you'd like a fee, tell us and we'll talk about it.
  • Content you upload to your Superfiliate portal can be reshared in the same way.
  • You confirm you own, or have permission for, everything in your content, including music and anyone who appears in it.
  • You can ask us to stop using your content. Unless we've agreed otherwise, we'll stop new uses within 30 days.

10. Working together

  • You're an independent creator, not an employee or agent of Bonetta. You can't make promises or sign anything on our behalf.
  • You're free to work with other brands.
  • Please don't post anything hateful, illegal or misleading next to Bonetta.
  • You pay your own costs of making content.
  • Keep anything we share with you privately to yourself, like launch dates, new products or prices before they're public.

11. Leaving or ending the Program

  • You can leave anytime by emailing hello@bonetta.com.
  • We can end your place in the Program anytime, for any reason.
  • When your place ends, your code and link, whichever you have, stop working and you stop earning new rewards. Rewards for sales made before it ended are still paid once they clear, unless the sale broke these terms.
  • The parts about your content, what you can say and the legal part still apply after your place ends.

12. Changes

We may change the Program or these terms. We'll let you know by email or in your portal. Rewards for sales made before a change follow the terms in place at the time of the sale. If you stay in the Program after a change, you agree to the new terms.

13. Your information and texts

We use your details to run the Program: to send your chocolate, pay you and keep in touch. We may also send you news and offers from Bonetta, and you can unsubscribe from those anytime. If you agree to texts, we text you about the Program (shipping, briefs, posting dates, codes, links and payments). Reply STOP to stop texts anytime. See bonetta.com/pages/creator-sms.

14. The legal part

  • We don't promise you'll earn any set amount.
  • The Program and the chocolate are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the rewards you're owed.
  • You're responsible for what you post. If something you post breaks the law or someone else's rights, you cover the cost of putting it right, not Bonetta.
  • We aren't responsible if Superfiliate, Instagram, TikTok or any other platform doesn't work.
  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • We can transfer these terms if Bonetta's business changes hands.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, the same as our website terms.
